Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you, the users of our website, and us, Cardhoarder LLC. By browsing our site and/or using any of the features of our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are not put in place to be burdensome or to make ordering difficult; rather, these Terms and Conditions are in place to protect both ourselves and our legitimate customers. If any of our Terms and Conditions are causing issues for you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss so that we might find a mutually beneficial alternative or work-around.
Section 1. Digital Goods
All products for sale on this site are for Magic: The Gathering Online (MTGO) and are digital objects. You must have a MTGO account to use these cards. These are not physical cards!
Section 2. General Information and Use
The information provided on our site is for your general information and use only. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through our website meet your specific needs and requirements.
Section 3. Order Limitations
With certain exceptions (i.e., Bot Credits, Event Tickets, Basic Lands, Relentless Rats and Shadowborn Apostle), we limit your purchases to 4 copies of any one card on the website within a 24-hour period; if you would like to purchase more than four copies of a particular card outside of this limitation, your best bet is to purchase cards directly via our sell bots on MTGO, which have no such limitation. If you would like to place a bulk order, you can reach out to us at email@example.com to inquire; please note, however, that we are typically only able to fulfill requests for cards we have in excess - so the most sought after cards would rarely be available in quantities. This policy is in place to ensure that all of our customers have access to the full extent of our inventory as often as possible.
Section 4. Bot Credit and Event Ticket Purchases
Due to a large number of recent fraudulent transactions, we are requiring that recently opened foreign (non-US) Cardhoarder accounts purchasing event tickets or bot credits wait 7 days for payment to clear PayPal's fraud protection system before the order can be delivered. To clarify, this wait time does not apply to US customers, nor does it apply to long-standing non-US customers of Cardhoarder. Section 5. Large Purchases
Large purchases may be subject to additional verification, in our sole discretion, including but not limited to email verification, proof of address and proof of identification. This policy is in place to protect both ourselves and the PayPal account holders from fraudulent or unauthorized transactions. Please note that this policy does not apply to Event Ticket orders.
Section 6. Paypal Purchases
The minimum PayPal order amount is the currency equivalent of 10 TIX. You MUST be a Verified PayPal buyer if paying with PayPal. Any payments received from an Unverified PayPal account are subject to a refund at our sole discretion. All PayPal payments must include your physical address, it must be confirmed, and it must match your address listed with my site. If you have an unconfirmed address with PayPal , we may require you to provide proof of your identity at our sole discretion; if you are unable or unwilling to furnish proof of your identify, we reserve the right to refund and cancel your order.
Section 7. Refunds
Unfortunately, due to the volatile nature of the value of the products we sell, we are unable to accept any returns once an order has been delivered. We are able to offer refunds for orders paid for, but not yet delivered.
Section 8. Foreign Currency
In addition to US$, we accept several other foreign currencies. The exchange rate for these currencies is updated throughout the day. If you would like us to consider accepting an additional foreign currency, please contact us at email@example.com.
Section 9. Event Ticket Purchases
When paying with MTGO tickets we round your total up to the nearest dollar. For example if your total is 26.75, it would be 27 event tickets. We will issue a bot credit for the fractional difference - in this case, 0.25 credit. This bot credit can be used on any of our official sell bots. When placing orders with Event Tickets, you do not need to supply any information beyond your email and MTGO user name.
Section 10. Order Cancellation
Orders paid with event tickets that are not claimed within 12 hours (previously 72 hours) will be canceled (they will show on your dashboard as "Abandoned"). Orders paid with PayPal that are not claimed within a month will be canceled and refunded in full.
Section 11. Customer Service
We strive to provide excellent customer service for every transaction. Inevitably, small issues will arise and will be handled as best as we are able. We ask that you have patience with us during busy delivery times, and that you give us the opportunity to fix any issues with your order. Please never hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns you have with an order, our website, our bots, or anything else related to your Cardhoarder experience.
Section 12. Disputes
We will make every effort to reasonably resolve any dispute with any customer of our site. We ask that you make the same good-faith effort to reasonably resolve any dispute you have with us. In the event we are unable to come to an amicable solution in a dispute, you agree that such dispute will be resolved via arbitration in Middlesex county, Massachusetts, USA.
